Commissioning a custom work of art is more than a transaction—it’s a collaboration. Whether you have a concept in mind or want to transform a special moment into something unforgettable, I’ll guide you through the creative process with transparency and care.

Please note: I accept only a limited number of commissions each year to ensure each piece receives the focus and attention it deserves.
 

We’ll begin with a conversation—what you’re imagining, why it matters, and what draws you to my work. This can be as simple as a reference photo or as conceptual as a mood or theme. From there, we’ll review size options, color preferences, and any special details you’d like included.

I’ll walk you through my process—what materials I use, how long each stage takes, and how communication will flow. This ensures you know exactly what to expect as your piece comes to life.

Once we’ve finalized the details, I’ll send you a contract outlining the size, medium, and payment terms. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin. This secures your place on my schedule and covers initial materials and time.

Please Note: Framing is not included and will need to be arranged by the client after delivery. This allows you to choose a framing style that suits your personal space and taste.
 

You’ll receive updates at key milestones to review and approve stages along the way. This keeps you involved without needing to guess where we’re at or what’s next.

When the work is complete, I’ll send final images for approval. The remaining balance is due at this time. Artwork is professionally packaged and shipped with the care and protection it deserves.

Important Notes

• Custom commissions are final once completed. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, returns are not accepted unless there is shipping damage.
   
• Framing, installation, and shipping costs are not included in the artwork price.
   
• International buyers: please note that customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
